“The sale of two medical office building for $23.4M offered significant challenges and time constraints. Partnering with David Prince of TCI Group and CBRE from Atlanta, we formed a team that brought together the largest area physician practice, a local hospital system as a tenant and a large national REIT as buyer. Once the purchase and sale agreements were in place closing happened within 30 days. Teamwork drives success!”
“My fulfillment and satisfaction in the market place comes from repeat business. I am blessed to have several clients, both individual investors and corporate entities, who have worked with me for as many as 10 plus transactions each. Our open relationships drive me to continue to find ways to serve them in an ever changing marketplace.”
