The TCI Group-Jerry Petzoldt Agency commercial real estate firm is pleased to welcome back Brenda Clarke as a Broker at our Kingsport office.   Mrs. Clarke returns to TCI Group with over 17 years of Commercial Real estate experience.  In 2018 Brenda retired to Hilton Head, South Carolina where she has enjoyed the quiet life until Jerry Petzoldt invited her to re-join TCI.  Even as a resident of Hilton Head, Brenda has a strong client referral base in the Johnson City market and will continue to practice real estate to serve these clients and referrals.

Mrs. Clarke’s vast experience includes previous memberships in the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers, the Chamber of Commerce Business Council, the Economic Summit Planning Team, Chair of the Infrastructure Focus Group for Johnson City, the Tusculum College President’s Advisory Council, Northeast State Community College Advisory Council, and serving as a planning commissioner on the Johnson City Regional Planning Commission for 12 years.  Brenda has a BSBA from Tusculum College.
